At MindLift Alliance,

We currently offer live anger management group classes in several durations to meet various needs, including our popular 8-hour, 10-hour, 12-hour, 16-hour, 26-hour, 36-hour, and 52-hour options every Wednesday from 7:00-8:00 pm.

These live classes are held online in a supportive group setting and are designed for individuals attending due to court requirements, employer referrals, or personal growth goals. Many courts or probation officers request an 8- or 12-hour class, though longer programs may be required in some cases. If you’re unsure which class is right for you, we typically recommend the 12-hour group—it meets most common requirements and allows for deeper practice and discussion.
All of our groups are led by licensed professionals and use evidence-based strategies to help participants develop emotional regulation skills, improve communication, and manage conflict more effectively. Whether you’re here to fulfill a requirement or make lasting changes in your daily life, our live anger management groups offer a structured, respectful, and engaging path forward.
