MindLift Alliance partners with licensed mental health professional bilingual in Chinese who want to work in a thriving private practice and get better pay. We’re looking for clinicians who meet the following:
- Fully licensed — LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, or equivalent
- Minimum 1–3 years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Comfortable with short-term, solution-focused counseling
- Committed to ethical standards and professional growth

Do I need to be licensed in Texas to join?
No. MindLift Alliance has opportunities for licensed counselors across the United States. We serve clients in Texas and nationwide — so whether you hold a Texas LPC or licensure in another state, we’d like to hear from you.
Is this a W-2 position or an independent contractor arrangement?
We work with both W-2 employees and independent contractors depending on your preference and practice model. We’ll discuss the arrangement that works best for you during the application process.
How soon can I expect to receive referrals?
Most new providers receive their first referrals within 1–2 weeks of completing onboarding. We’ll get your profile set up and begin matching you with clients right away.
What types of clients will I be working with?
Our client base includes adults, couples, teens, and families seeking individual therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, and more. We also serve professionals through EAP partnerships, court-ordered classes, and community mental health programs.
