Do you take insurance, and how much does therapy cost?
We accept most major insurance — including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Cigna/Evernorth, and United Healthcare/Optum — plus HSA/FSA and self-pay. Our private-pay rate starts at $100 per session, with out-of-network superbills and limited sliding-scale options available.
Do you offer online therapy across Texas?
Yes. We provide secure online counseling and telehealth to clients anywhere in Texas, plus in-person sessions at our McKinney office.
