Licensed — LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, Associates or equivalent Bilingual In Spanish or Chinese, or EMDR trained, experience working with Children or play therapy trained. Experiences with Substance abuse or court ordered evaluation, addiction counseling or marriage and family, child therapy
LPC-A,
Willingness to work with children, adults, couples, and trauma-related concerns; experience or training in play therapy; and bilingual proficiency in Chinese, or Spanish. Willing to work on Weekends or evenings. Pre-licensure clinicians under qualified LPC Supervisor oversight. We provide supervision and caseload support.
Front Desk & Billing Coordinator
Manages client calls, appointment scheduling, intake questions, and general front-desk communication. This role also supports insurance verification, billing questions, claims follow-up, copay and balance collection, and communication with clients regarding their insurance benefits.

What you’ll need
Active Texas license
Current LPC, LPC Associate, LMFT, or LCSW license in good standing. Verify status at BHEC.
Clinical training
Master’s degree or higher from an accredited counseling or social-work program. Specialty training is a plus.
Professional liability insurance
Active malpractice coverage (standard industry carriers accepted).
Commitment to ethical practice
Alignment with the ACA Code of Ethics and Texas Board rules.
Cultural humility
Interest in serving diverse Texas communities — bilingual candidates (Mandarin, Spanish) especially encouraged.
Tech comfort
Comfortable with EHR, telehealth platforms, and asynchronous team collaboration.
