Licensed clinicians across Texas
We welcome applications from clinicians at every stage of their career — and we’re especially interested in candidates with specialization in trauma, couples, teen/family, or Mandarin-speaking therapy.
LPCs, LMFT, LCSW and LP
Fully licensed counselors — full-time, part-time, or contracted, in person or telehealth.
LPC-A, LMFT-A,
Pre-licensure clinicians under qualified LPC Supervisor oversight. We provide supervision and caseload support.
Specialty clinicians
We need candidates who is trained in EMDR, DBT, play therapy, addiction counseling or marriage and family, child therapy — bring your niche.

What you’ll need
Active Texas license
Current LPC, LPC Associate, LMFT, or LCSW license in good standing. Verify status at BHEC.
Clinical training
Master’s degree or higher from an accredited counseling or social-work program. Specialty training is a plus.
Professional liability insurance
Active malpractice coverage (standard industry carriers accepted).
Commitment to ethical practice
Alignment with the ACA Code of Ethics and Texas Board rules.
Cultural humility
Interest in serving diverse Texas communities — bilingual candidates (Mandarin, Spanish) especially encouraged.
Tech comfort
Comfortable with EHR, telehealth platforms, and asynchronous team collaboration.
