Do you accept insurance?

We are in-network with Most insurance providers:

  • Aetna
  • Cigna
  • Ascension (SmartHealth)
  • UnitedHealthcare / Optum
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • Quest Behavioral Health
  • Carelon Behavioral Health

Coverage details, including co-pays and deductibles, vary by plan. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to understand your specific benefits.

To assist us in verifying your benefits and providing accurate information regarding your coverage, you can securely upload your insurance card through our patient portal. Simply log in, navigate to the ‘Insurance Information’ section, and upload clear images of the front and back of your insurance card. Accepted file formats include JPEG and PNG. This process ensures we have the necessary information to confirm your benefits and streamline your care.

Can I use insurance if you are out of network?

Although we are an out-of-network provider, many clients are still able to use their out-of-network benefits and receive reimbursement directly from their insurance company. We can provide you with a superbill, which is a detailed receipt that includes the information your insurance company typically needs in order to review and process your claim. Depending on your specific plan, your insurance may reimburse you directly for a portion of the cost of therapy.

To make the process even easier, our system can also help generate the information needed for claims submission, so you do not have to figure everything out on your own. While reimbursement amounts vary based on your individual insurance coverage, many clients are pleasantly surprised to learn that they may still receive partial reimbursement even when working with an out-of-network therapist. We are always happy to support you in understanding this process so it feels as simple, clear, and manageable as possible.
