About Course
This course teaches participants how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected — and how to shift thinking patterns to make healthier, smarter decisions. Using Cognitive Behavioral principles (CBT), participants will learn real-life skills to better manage emotions, solve problems, and take control of their choices. The course focuses on personal growth, emotional regulation, building positive habits, and meeting court, probation, or personal development requirements. Through relatable examples and practical exercises, students will gain tools to transform impulsive reactions into thoughtful, constructive actions.
