EAP therapy is short-term, confidential support provided to employees through their workplace’s Employee Assistance Program. It’s designed to address a range of personal and professional challenges—including stress, anxiety, burnout, relationship issues, and more.
There is no cost for you! Generally speaking, you will be covered for up to 6 sessions. Employees are encouraged to contact their HR department or reach out to our team for help confirming EAP coverage. We’re happy to assist you in navigating the process.
We offer Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counseling. We care about your emotional well-being. Our team provides 45-minute One-on-one support tailored to your unique needs—available in person or virtually to help you navigate personal and work-related challenges. We keep everything confidential.
Services are offered both in person and virtually, making them accessible to employees nationwide—no matter where you are.

Yes. If you’re eligible for EAP services or seeking individual therapy, you can schedule online by clicking the “Schedule” option on the main menu, or contact us through “request a session” or call us directly to book a session. We’ll guide you through the process and match you with a therapist that fits your needs.

Yes! Our website includes a simple booking feature where clients can schedule appointments online. We also offer intake support if someone needs help choosing a therapist or navigating their EAP benefits.
Yes. We partner with organizations of all sizes and offer flexible packages to accommodate varying team sizes and budgets.
Yes — if your employer offers EAP services through EAP Privider or MindLift Alliance, therapy sessions are typically free for you as the employee.
Each company may offer a set number of sessions (for example, 3–6 sessions), fully covered at no cost to you. After that, continued care may be available at a discounted rate.
Our workshops and mental health trainings are professional services that are typically paid by organization that invite us to train their teams. Pricing depends on factors such as:
